We follow a goal-based strategy where all students are provided career counselling, which is important for developing independence, maturity, and a responsible attitude towards learning. At this level, building a source of motivation is necessary for forming a measurable and consistent approach towards learning.

THE BEST IGCSE AND A-LEVEL TUTORING IN BAHRAIN

We firmly believe that genius is achieved through dedicated practice in a chosen field, and by allocating the right amount of time, any student can achieve their full potential.

At IGCSE Level, the students are required to develop an overview of the subjects being learned, and it is crucial to build a solid foundation in order to perform well at A-Levels.

Our goal is to build a solid base for our students and help them get ahead of the class. This instills leadership and confidence in their personalities, which nurtures self-improvement and a sense of belief in personal capabilities.

At A Levels, the students are guided to choose the subjects based on their future career goals. We provide career counseling to guarantee that our students choose the best universities based on their chosen field. Scholarship advice and counseling begins at the beginning of A Levels, but all interested students can apply for scholarship counseling at any time of the academic year. Students are also taught how to make a personal statement under the guidance of their counselor which will guarantee a place at top level British or International universities.

What is IGCSE?

IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) is ranked as one of the most recognized qualifications worldwide. In Bahrain IGCSE courses are notorious in schools for developing dynamic educational skills, as well as a recall of knowledge, speech skills, problem-solving, creativity, cooperation, and analytical skills. Most tuition centres offer a course duration of 1, 3 & 6 month courses in Bahrain with a mix of science or business subjects, however, at TeachBahrain students can access subjects not offered anywhere else in Bahrain.

At IGCSE level we let our students take their time and explore different subjects till they find the right mix of 6-8 subjects. While letting them explore their options we also guide our students to choose the right subjects which will help them in getting the right knowledge for their future chosen career.

The resulting qualification provides a groundwork for higher level courses, such as A and AS Levels, the Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE), the North American Advanced Placement program (AP) and the International Baccalaureate (IB).

WHAT ARE A-LEVEL & AS LEVEL?

A-level is the second of three standardised British examinations in a secondary school, A Levels are often required to advance to university.

What are A-Levels?

A-level is the second of three standardized British examinations in a secondary school, A Levels are subjects that people usually need to take up if they want to advance to a university.

AS level is a British exam standard amongst GCSE/IGCSE and A level, which permits more subjects to be studied than that which is likely at A level because less information is needed to be learned for it. Students then take A2 exams, usually a year later, which when composed together make a full A-level qualification.

At ALevels we guide our students to choose the subjects which will help them with their future University chosen degree. ALevel subjects then become the foundation learning of the University major the child wants to enroll in. As it is among our core beliefs that we prepare children for the future not just today.

What Comes Next and
Where Are We?

Our British High School Program is best for students willing to travel to the UK & Australia, to further their education or career options.

Most students spend between 4-5 years completing their highschool education. While native British or Australian students may not need an English Language Certification, locals will most probably require an IELTS certificate to guarantee placement in a British or Australian University.

TeachBahrain also provides career counseling to guarantee that our students choose the best universities based on their chosen field. Scholarship advice and counseling begins at the beginning of A Levels, but all interested students can apply for scholarship counseling at any time during their academic years. Most students will require a personal statement to apply and guarantee a place at top level universities. We provide complete personal statement support to our students.

At TeachBahrain, we launch our highschool program with a personality test, where a team of counselors, coordinators & psychology teachers sit with the students to test their personalities, and to give them advice about the choice of subjects and careers. Students are urged to start vocational education in their chosen fields at the beginning of their highschool year, and our entrepreneurship program is available to all students. We believe that acquiring practical experience in a chosen field is as important as the theoretical experience. Students should understand the work ethic required in their chosen area of expertise today, to play a key role in it tomorrow.

It is also critical at this level to develop the right personality and attitude towards learning. We strive to develop students who are independent learners with the ability to find, absorb and utilise knowledge seamlessly in an age of evergrowing distractions.

Most students find that they cannot maintain focus at university level and lack the time management skills to turn their assignments in on time. We help combat this with our counseling program which helps create a personality fit to continue on a learning journey without the input of parents, friends, or family members and tutors. For example, we encourage our students from a very young age to develop the habit of reading “real” books which they can hold physically. We teach our young ones that reading is not homework. It is something a person should do to increase his or her knowledge. The habit of reading, which we work on with our students, works towards a successful college experience.

Many students at TeachBahrain start highschool earlier than public school students. We let our students complete High School in fewer years if they wish to do so, here students are not bound by a system that binds them to specific standards. If they wish to progress faster than other students then we help them to do exactly that!

The HIGH School Program Is Available In The Following Modes of Learning:
